Are you able to guarantee delivery dates?

Most of the time we are able to give you expected arrival dates. However, sometimes due to; customs delays, ships canceling their departures, or in the event of lack of enough freight available for consolidated shipments delays can occur.
ARRIVAL TIMES ARE NEVER GUARANTEED.
Customers are asked NOT to book air flight tickets according to the estimated arrival dates. Although we are usually on target, there are no refunds or deductions in price for delays.

On the pictures of my car in your warehouse I see that some parts are missing, the condition of the car is different, than it was on the auction's pictures, who takes the responsability for the condition of the car?

Since the cases of inconsistency between the vehicle condition declared at sale and that on receiving by the driver have become more frequent, at the purchase of the damaged car you may order an additional fifty-dollars-car-inspection before receiving it at the auction. In case of inconsistency between the vehicle condition before the purchase (on the auction photo) and its condition on receiving by the driver, you may refuse the order on paying for the abortive delivery (and not loosing more). If the inspection hasn't been ordered and on the car delivery to our warehouse there are vivid distinctions on the photo from the car condition at sale (the photos are frequently taken six months before the auction held, and then the car is moved with huge loaders between parking facilities and that's why they are frequently damaged) we take off any responsibility.
